My Story

Get to Know Me

Tim worked in residential construction when he was younger, learning the process of building a home from the ground up. He and his wife Hala have also successfully flipped homes for over 10 years. With Tim's expertise on the construction side and Hala's expertise on the design side, their knowledge extends well beyond just the cosmetics of a home.

Did you know that Tim and Hala also have PhDs? They both worked in higher education teaching English to speakers of other languages, and traveled abroad to Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America to train educators. From their years as international educators, they have learned how to best understand their clients' needs.

More recently, as Realtors, Tim and Hala have become top producing Zillow 5-star agents in their region, specializing in Residential Buying and Selling, Family Estate Sales, Purchasing Investment Properties and Short-Term Vacation Rentals. Hala is licensed in PA, and Tim is licensed in both PA and NJ - they have an extensive professional network throughout Eastern PA and Central NJ servicing the following counties:

PA Counties - Bucks, Montgomery, Berks, Lehigh, Northampton, Monroe, Carbon, and Lackawanna

NJ Counties - Warren, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Morris, Union, and Somerset
